Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria.

Rules & Guidelines

Please review all rules and guidelines before registering for the competition.

Eligibility

  • The Contest is open to all Bangladeshi citizens irrespective of age, gender, religion, educational background.
  • Participants are required to work in teams consisting of a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 members.
  • Participants must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements and cover all associated costs and expenses in case of the physical event (Travel incentives will be provided for few teams outside of the host district).
  • For the online event, participants must arrange their own technical requirements to participate in each phase of the platform.

Registration

  • One team can include 2 to 4 members.
  • Team members can be from any educational institution/organization.
  • Registered teams must include correct information about their team on the provided form.
  • The registration is completely free of cost.
  • By registering in the Contest – "bdapps Innovation Summit 2025" administered by bdapps, the participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in these Rules and Guidelines of the event

Round Details

  • Teams can participate with an idea/prototype/MVP/Complete App (Readiness of the app/Digital solution will get priority)
  • The app can be of any genre including and not limited to – Games, Lifestyle, Education, AR/VR, Business, Communication, Entertainment, Medical, Utility, Transportation, Agriculture, Finance, Social Impact, E-commerce, etc.
  • The teams will submit idea brief and a presentation via our form. The intellectual property of your idea and code belongs to you.
  • Winners' prize money will be divided into milestone-based tranches.
  • bdapps reserves the right to change any provisions and regulations of the platform without prior notification. The participating teams are required to submit both their idea brief and accompanying presentation through the designated online form provided by our organization.
  • A panel of internal and external judges will thoroughly review all submissions and select the top 20 ideas to advance to the first round.
  • The top 10 entries will be given crests, gifts, and grand prizes. They will also be given the opportunity to present their work at the gala round.

Miscellaneous

  • The intellectual property of your idea and code belongs to you.
  • Winners prize money will be divided into milestone-based tranches.
  • bdapps reserves the right to change any provisions and regulations of the platform without prior notification.

All decisions made by the judges and organizers will be final. We encourage participants to focus on innovative solutions that can create meaningful impact for Bangladesh.
